Hey guys, this is my first try at this. Please excuse how bad the pictures are, I'm not the best artist, just thought I would make a representation of the abilities. If (somehow) this thread gets popular enough and people want lore, I will try. In any case, here is Rorrim.

Rorrim is a mage/support that dominates in teamfights, particularly choke points. Here is his kit.

Passive: Shatter – Damaging a champion with the same ability twice within two seconds (in other words, two w’s or two e’s without any other attacks in between) will cause the champion to be hit by a mirror attack that stuns the enemy for 1/1.3/1.6/2 seconds (at levels 1/6/11/16).

Q: Mirror – Summons a spectral mirror. The mirror is untargetable (about the same width as first level Anivia wall) and lasts forever. Blocks all enemy projectiles. Automatically has a point in it at start of game, and a mirror is automatically summoned in the middle of the fountain. Use the ability to summon a new mirror at target location. One mirror is always present on the map, and the spawning of a new mirror despawns the last mirror. CD: 20/18/16/14/12, Cast time: 6/5.5/5/4.5/4 seconds

W: Precision – Sends out an incredibly thin and thin line of light that deals a base amount plus a percentage of the targets missing health. If the line hits the mirror, it will go out at angle based on the orientation of the mirror and deal additional damage to enemies hit. Deals magic damage. CD: 8/7.5/7/6.5/6, Damage 40/90/140/190/240 (+.4 AP), Percent Missing Health 3/4/5/6/7 (+1 per 200 AP)%

E: Reminder – Sends out an orb of energy that travels slowly along a line, dealing damage to all enemies hit and granting vision in a small radius. If the orb hits a mirror, it will reverse its path, except the orb and the vision radius will now be twice as large. Deals magic damage. CD: 11/10/9/8/7 Damage: 60/120/180/240/300 (+.7 AP)

R: Me, myself and I – Empowers the next mirror summoned to be summoned instantly and release a reflection of Rorrim. The reflection is untargetable, and cannot auto attack, but can be moved similarly to Shaco’s clone and can cast abilities similarly to Zed’s shadow, dealing a percent of the ability’s damage to all enemies damaged by the reflections ability. Reflections duration is 15 seconds. During this time, all non-ultimate cooldowns are halved and all mirrors summoned have twice the width. CD: 150/110/70 Percent Damage: 60/80/100%

Some notes: if people say it is OP that he has a permanent windwall, this ability takes minimum 4 seconds to cast unless ultimate is used, so I don't see that being an issue. The mirror is primarily meant for zoning based off of the threat of getting hit by the reflection, a threat that is doubled when the ultimate is used. Also, the reason that there is no cooldown on the stun passive is because if Rorrim is lucky enough to pin an enemy with his w he deserves the follow up stun from his e.
