Lulu's Passive Rework (Making machine gun Lulu actually great)

Hi folks! Lulu main here and the kind of guy who played Lulu on every single freaking lane, on every single damn role. From the typical support, to a mediocre midlane, an infamous ADC Lulu a.k.a machine gun Lulu as the community called, to point of solo top and maybe jungle. (Blame Phreak he played Lulu jungle like idk if he even serious but it works)
So I've been playing her long enough, years, to played hundreds game on which I either carry the team with 10+ kills or I'm just a worthless trash. Nevertheless, when Lulu worked, she worked wonderful. Just as a proof that I'm a Lulu main before I convince anyone that I know how to rework Lulu~

So here's my deal on why Lulu need a little rework.....
Think about this: Riot created a support with secondary role as a mage, BUT with a passive that literally synergize with not only AP but attack speed, making her an unstoppable machine gun at high attack speed, thus what the League community often called machine gun Lulu.
Then what's wrong with it? Nothing wrong, it's a fun build that I personally enjoyed more than any other build on the game, but it doesn't always worked, even though I carried so many games with machine gun Lulu. Because like what many people said, NONE of her abilities apply physical damage, so what you truly need is AP + attack speed. The problem? There's barely ANY items on the game with such thing.
Normally, people that played machine gun Lulu build use these as their main items, including the situational items:








Now.... is there's ANY of them that focused just on AP and attack speed? Yes, there's Nashor but that's just one item. Lulu need a lot of items in order to carry the game because her base stats just sucks.
Unless if Lulu get fed with enough kills to obtain these items (and for her Precision runes to kicks in) then she's very squishy, barely deals enough damage to anyone, and heavily reliant on her crowd control. People need to rely on her polymorph to shut down foes then deliver heck tons of damage in short time to kill champions, added with the ultimate that makes her temporarily tanky to survive long enough to wipe the floor.
....But unless if she's fed enough kills, she just.... doesn't really worked.... [slayer-jinx-unamused]
The problem is not just that her health is very low, she also require HIGH mobility to get kills (combining E + Q to slow down those that try to run away) and the mobility of her W only can get improved with AP.... which means you can't just get AD items but AP items. However since her AD ratio is so low, focusing merely on AP will makes her basic attack to be.... well.... laughable.
This is the issue with Lulu. Her kit is insanely fun that you can shut down a VERY fed enemy ADC easily, but if you failed even a single step, you're good as dead because without AP, her ultimate barely makes her tanky enough.
So, basically, ADC Lulu is really fun, but just.... not enough to be in the meta.
BUT if we wanna ignore this build, then it's a waste of a really good passive. She's the only character in the game that got the potential to be a machine gun that deals hybrid damage + insane amount of crowd control. If played right, she's a terror to the enemies.
Then how to makes this worked?
I seen some people trying to rework her but instantly get shot down because "LULU IS A SUPPORT SHE'S NOT ADC!!!!1!1!!!" [sg-shisa]
However now that Riot created an abomination of a support known as Pyke... which is literally an ASSASSIN with just some support tools (seriously Rito you outplayed yourself) then there's no reason to say no to a support with ADC capability.
The goal is that, Lulu can remain as a support she always been, BUT now also viable at mid and other lanes all alone. How to do this? Well here comes my idea on reworking her passive, with adding another passive!

Pix is a wild Faerie that accompanies Lulu. Pix will fire a barrage of magical energy at targets that Lulu attacks.
Now let's add something to that!
For each 10% of ability power that Lulu has, she gains bonus attack speed up to that percentage.
Reason behind the passive?
Reworking Lulu ruins her support role, but without a decent attack speed, she just doesn't worked. Getting ADC items makes her basic attack + passive bolts to deal enormous damage over time, but it require enough AP... yet getting AP means weaker basic attack.
We can't compensate attack speed but still need to focus on mage build, focusing more on AP than AD, unlike those such as
that can synergize with both damage type better. Lulu NEED attack speed as her priority, yet a mere attack speed barely gives her enough damage. This makes playing ADC Lulu or even AP mid/top Lulu to be difficult as hell.
By using this new passive, even if you didn't get ADC items, your attack speed will still increase. This way, she doesn't need AD items and her passive could deal enough damage. This is because getting ONLY AP items means slower attack speed, thus less damage per seconds.
By doing this, you don't need to focus on getting heck tons of attack speed for Lulu, instead you can focus on AP items, with some AD bonus if needed, but mostly you just go on-hit or crit on machine gun Lulu.
This passive makes her more playable as BOTH support and solo laner, without making her too OP as the new passive only kicks in if you build AP items. Which means, if you focus on items with less AP, the passive still works, enough to get you a decent attack speed. Meanwhile if you're building AP, then good news, you're a machine gun!
Wait... is the new passive really balanced properly? Well let's do the math! Let's say that... you got 300 AP.... that means, 30% attack speed! Almost as good as
for a mediocre AP! Meanwhile a full blown AP such as 600 will grant you 60% attack speed, which far exceed ANY attack speed item in the game! This makes a late game Lulu with AP to be just about as decent as ADC Lulu!
With a little adjustment, this passive will be perfectly balanced. Lulu's base attack speed on early game is very low, so Riot just need to buff her basic attack speed on early game, and nerf the increase of attack speed as she levels up. That way, she'll only ever be an insanely fast machine gun if people either build AP or ADC in order to spare the support main by not affecting support Lulu build significantly.
