New year new me skin

For people like me who own all the soraka skins, and I'm sure mf, akali, ahri, and etc mains can agree that it is difficult to pick one skin for a game. Well I have the answer for all of you now. A skin that alternates between all owned skins for a champion on recall and revive. Would this be possible at all? I'd throw a couple RP to riot to use skins I already bought. And it would incentivize players to buy more skins.
