PBE Victorious Skins?

Hey guys,i was wondering if you can buy Victorious skins on the PBE?Or are they season rewards like on live?Please tell me,I wantz Victorious Elise o.o

I believe you cannot purchase them, however I will check in a second. (The exception I believe being Vic Morg.)

EDIT: You cannot buy them, at least the Elise one.

I am unsure of the Morg one as I bought her when she came out on PBE though.

On PBE, we try to mirror live as much as possible, which means generally skins such as Victorious, legacy, etc aren't normally available. When new Victorious skins come out, they are available on PBE for 1 IP/ 1 RP, since the store doesn't allow for costs of "0" to be implemented.
