Chrono Drake - New Elemental Dragon

Hey All!

Sometime ago there was a red post (I think) stating that there would be a new elemental dragon in the future and can we guess what.

Well I don't know about that one but I think a time themed drake would be pretty neat and new to the rift. It would be about buffing your exp gain but hear me out. There would be only one of this and a pretty low chance for it to spawn in a game (and only as the first dragon) as it can cause a pretty strong snowball effect. Also I would say it should not boost your overall exp gain rather make it so that the exp sharing among champions in close proximity is more efficient (like morde) so grouping together would still be beneficial or even stronger than split and supports wouldn't get behind in level that much. I dont know, I just had to talk about it...
