Rammus [REWORK CONCEPT]
Passive: Tremors Deals physical damage equal to 15% armour in 250 range around him whenever he receives damage. DoT will not trigger passive. All damage dealt by Rammus has crit text animation (just eye candy)
Q: Canonball (Skillshot) 650 range 10 sec cooldown 100/90/80/70/60 energy Ramus rushes (roll dash) in targeted direction damaging and stunning all enemies on his path for 0.5 sec. Can bounce off walls increasing range of ability. Deals 200% armor as physical damage.
W: Rock'n'Roll no cost 12 sec cooldown Duration 6 seconds Rammus takes defensive stance and starts rolling. Rammus increases his armour by 10/15/20/25/30% and regenerates energy 50% faster. Stance will break early upon AA or recasting sending ability on reduced cooldown.
E: Drop 600 range 13 sec cooldown 100/90/80/70/60 energy Rammus leaps on targeted location damaging and stunning all enemies in 250 range around him for 1 sec dealing 150% armor as physical damage.
R: Drift 120 sec cooldown 0 cost Duration 4/5.5/7 sec Rammus gains infinite energy and 100% cooldown reduction for basic abilities after duration all abilities go on cooldown and energy drops to 0. Stun effects cannot affect same targets for 2 sec.
