When is annie getting a chroma pack

I know there are lots of champions that have very few skins and people will make that argument against an annie chroma pack but really its not like a new skin its colors and I really think annie works better with chroma than a lot of other champions is it even planned to make one for her ?

When is Annie getting a skin that gets older every year League of Legends is around?

In 60 years, I want to see her be an old granny still chuckin' fireballs and throwing around a stuffed bear possessed by a shadow creature.
