I'm already thankful for all the skins and stuff riot did (and still does) for us but i'm just asking what happened to it. Answers would be appreciated.

since the unnecessary nerf to his w the player-base dropped even further and they won´t invest ressources to it is my guess...
Maybe they are waiting for a VU? Maybe they want to update his model

Fun fact, Swain hasn't received a skin since May 23rd, 2012.
Im personally not very much of a swain player but i love seeing some really cool skins on the rift. Swain mains, just hope for the best!
