Can Lulu get a rework please?
I mean come on, dude. She looks like a hairy fruit dressed up as a witch. If Riot doesn't re-work her I'm going to be awful low on money due to the irresponsibly large amount of bleach I purchase each month.

I'll say VU, not a rework. There's a difference.
they really need to do something with her, shes always either OP or useless. they cant seem to get her in a good spot. atm she is pretty useless.

needs a VU as well. He needs to look less like a black hole in a robe and more like an actual yordle. They actually did draw some concept art for various yordles and revealed what Veigar might look like under the hat but I can't seem to find it.
