Create Your Own Skin For RP - Recoloring Idea

You guys should add a method for us to create our own skin. Now let me rephrase it, by create i mean recolor.

So you would take a champion (or a skin of a champion) and the major parts of it would be highlighted with coloring options. You could choose from 10-20 different colors (all visible to eye), and lets give an example. Ahri ~ You can recolor her tail, top, skirt, hair, hair, and shoes. Or you can choose to leave it the same, and only change 1 of those.

I think this would be a neat way for us in the community to make our own skins, and every week you can host the "best" skins that weve voted and everyone can purchase.

Could be from 490-1350 rp to do this. (This idea is very similar if not the same thing to chroma skins, just custom to our choosing.)
