Hello, This is a champion concept for Halliwell, The Force of Nature, Any feedback would be nice. if you want to change anything, message me and I'll see if it's a good buff/nerf for him
First Off, The Stats
HP : 550 (+55 Per Level) (1540 At Lvl 18) Attack Damage : 50 (+2 Per Level) (86 At Lvl 18) Ability Power : 0 Attack Speed : 0.60 (0.03 Per Level) Movement Speed : 340 Armor : 30 Magic Resist 35
Now for the abilities
Passive Power Of Nature 3 Mana Per 1 AP
Lightning Bolt Lightning Hits the target area, can be used in three rapid successions (1 Second Cooldown In Between), After all three have been used (Or not used after 5 Seconds) This ability goes on cooldown Stats Small AOE Effect, Medium Range, Deals 30/45/60/60/70 +50% AP In Magic Damage, Cooldowns 20/19/18/17/16 (Can Be Cast During Earth Shake)
Earth Shake Goes underground for 3 Seconds, Becoming untargetable and going in a straight Line, Dealing low Damage in a AOE, Enemys in the AOE Are Snared for 1 Second And can not be snared by it again (Like Udyrs Bear Form) Stats Small AOE Effect, Pulsing Deals 40/50/60/70/80 +20% AP In Magic Damage Per Pulse Cooldowns 22/20/18/16/14
Gale Force Shoots A Moderate Speed Skillshot Projectile Dealing High Damage And Knocking Back the First Enemy it hits Stats Single Target, Skillshot, Medium Knockback, Deals 90/110/130/150/170 +50% AP In Magic Damage
Ultimate Meteor Strike Summons a meteor with a huge AOE and Heavy Damage Stats Large Aoe, Very Long Range, Explodes After 4 Seconds Deals 150/250/350 +60% Of AP In Magic Damage -5% Of Damage Per Enemy In Radius (Minimum 40%)
