Immolation passive breaks stealth when it shouldn't.

When Teemo/Evelynn has an Immolation item, it will break their stealth when hitting minions or champions, This is very annoying as one of the things i love to do is sit stealthed in a lane as teemo, dealing quite a lot of damage by building abyssal scepter a void staff, and sorcerer shoes. Please fix this as soon as you can.

P.S. To the commentors, This is in fact a bug and not a feature, as this happened to Evelynn a while back until they fixed it and stated that it was in fact a bug,
