Machia is a electric rifle wielding space adventurer turned for hire, going from derelict to derelict taking down space pirates and monstrosities no matter the size and number. (the rifle consists of the top being an ion tazer, the bottom being an electrified rifle)
Combat type: Adc, anti assassin, disengage oriented.

Appearance: Thick grey military grade leather wearing sleeveless gruff powerhouse. space-sungoggles, thin moustache, thick grey leather headband. His suit has small red and green search lights on it (proximity lighting, not directional)
Passive: luminescent suit. Machia has the abillity permanently spot wards that are placed into his vicinity (set distance, wards placed while in machias vicinity will be marked and visible permanently, including when they are placed inside a brush machia is not in). The proximity of this passive is for riot to decide.
Q: Zap line. (top rifle) (offensive abillity) Machia shoots at a target creating a chain reacting electric current hitting up to three enemies that briefly immobilises the third enemy struck. The initial target and subsequent enemy units hit are damaged only by half the attack damage. This skill scales with AD and AP damage. (40% bonus ad and 90% ap ratio) 0.5/0.8/1.0/1.2/1.5 seconds. (This attack is a means of both lane harassing and helping in a chase, its low initial power makes it the wrong tool to use first in a fight, rather sit out and wait for the right oppertunity when minions and support line up right, thusfor requires intelligent use for optimal results) CD: 28/26/24/22/20 (target type: target)
W: Xray barrage. (bottom rifle) (offensive abillity) Machia peppers the target area in a straight line with preloaded shots, these shots count as a placement, not a skillshot. (area is a straight thin rectangle) these zap through units and knock them all back slightly by its force. This attack has a startup time of 3 second so you will see it coming somewhat, enemies hit will all be knocked back slightly and revealed if hidden being hit by a sparking glow debuff that persists for 2 seconds. sparkling glow debuff: keeps the unit revealed for 2 seconds. This skill scales with AD. (50% bonus ad) (This is the goto spam attack, designed to keep enemies off machia and keep them revealed, solo ambushing machia is never a good idea, youll need a straight up bruiser push to take him down) CD: 22/20/18/16/14 (target type: placement)
E: Flashpoint. (suit) (defensive abillity) Machia redirects his rifle's power to the lights on his suit increasing its light output to blinding levels. The flash creates confusion amongst his nearby assailants. Activating this abillity lowers your auto attack damage by 60/50/40/30/25%. This abillity creates a small to moderate proximity of light around Machia that makes him completely immune to blinding (such as teemos blind dart) and dark attacks (such as nocturnes ult). Enemies hit by the initial activation will briefly be blinded themselves for 3 seconds. Switching between enabling and disabling this abillity will give it a 10 second cooldown. (This is machias only measure against relentless anti adc setups, making him stand out slightly in its composition, it also defends him from 100-0 assasin assaults, if he times it right he can quickly blind an incoming zed after his ults and manage to get away) CD: 10 (target type: toggle)
R: Take one for the beam. (suit) (defensive abillity) Machia redirects his ion tazer to his suit electrocuting himself but also nearby enemies severely. (abillity looks like machias suit gets electrocuted, its not an explosion like blitzcranks ult) This ult damages Machia taking off 70%/60%/50% his current health and should only be used in absolute necessity, it is a measure against melee initiations on machia. This abillity's effects have a duration of 3/5/8 seconds. It deals only AP (return on auto hits) damage with a ratio of 120% on top of 20% of the attackers own damage, silences melee attackers for the whole duration. (8 seconds on level 3) and ranged auto attackers for half the duration. (Despite it seeming overloaded take into account this abillity does not scale with ad and would moreof function soley as a disengage tool with a built in situational thornmail, if machia were built tanky ap however it could open up a whole new gameplan) CD: 155/130/100 passive: calm before the storm: auto attacks gain 10% of your total ap in damage.
Good to play against: squishy' assasin or chase type carry champions that need to stick moderately close to you. (such as zed or akali) Bad to play against: tanky peely bruisers (such as udyr or vladimir) and long range ap carries. (such as ap kogmaw and xerath)
