Create a base client to launch other game clients

With the addition of riots newest game, legends of runeterra, it has it's own client which I have to go looking for and launch separately. I want rito to make a launcher for all there games like steam, blizzard, epic games and the like, so that I can see all my riot games in one spot and launch them from there.
