Can Riot give katarina Q its champion priority back, before her rework her q would prioritize bouncing to champions and before that was really help for poke and made sure you got the bonus damage for procing the mark, but now her poke seems kind of bad b/c if they arent directly next the minion its highly unlikely that your going to get the poke and are forced to jump in to trade to have kill potential later or try farming and hoping you get enough power to kill or force the opp out of lane in a single trade.
