#All of this is old. A revamped version of her character and kit will be posted.

##Name: Hannah - Prisoner of War

##Intended Role & Lane: AD Bruiser, Top

##Appearance: http://imgur.com/a/EKXEY Source: http://www.imgrum.net/user/anime_cherryk/1772450794/1124260155145088318_1772450794

I wanted her to be a combination of a fit, bulky woman who wears tattered clothes, their top is worn to a point where her stomach is revealed. Maybe bandages cover around her stomach, and they'd be wearing this big giant prison helmet of some sorts.

Her weapon would be an ax which is tied to her foot by a long shackle, and she carries it with her two hands.

##Background: TBA

#Abilities

(Innate) Whirl Passive: Hannah has no mana but has a charge counter that goes up to 6. Each time Hannah basic attacks, the counter goes up by 1, while if she uses a skill, her counter goes up by 3. When her counter reaches 6, she starts spinning her ax around her, dealing (1.0 AD) to surrounding enemies every second which can critically strike for 120% damage for 3 seconds; after this time, she can't charge her innate for 7/5/3 seconds.

Hannah has reduced damage (75%) on basic attacks without her ax.

(Q) Momentum CD: 18-11s Active: Hannah casts out her ax, and if it hits terrain, enemy units, or ally units, then she is tethered to that unit or terrain until Hannah recasts the skill or if 3 seconds pass.

Recast: Hannah goes to the targeted location around the tether, stomping on her way there, making enemies airborne. Cooldown starts after successfully casting Momentum.

(W) Stolid Silence CD: X-Xs Passive: Hannah's actions speak louder than her words When an enemy champion is hit by her abilities 3 times, they are marked with "X" for 7 seconds. If her mark is triggered or decays, the enemy champion can't be inflicted with the mark for 3 seconds.

Active: Hannah does a swirling kick, hitting enemies in all direction, triggering the mark and removing it. For every mark triggered, she gains a (Base*Level + 10% of Bonus HP) shield for 1 second. stacking when triggering multiple marks.

(E) Intimidation CD: X-Xs Active: Hannah briefly cripples an enemy by 50% for 1 second and debuffing them for 3 seconds. When the enemy is near Hannah, they are slowed by (14/18/22/26/30% depending on how full Hannah's HP is).

(R) Quiet Swan CD: 120-60s Active: Hannah throws her ax in front of her and swings it around twice, pulling enemies who are hit by the chain to her and damaging those who are hit by the ax. During this time, Hannah has reduced movement speed but regains it over the course of her ultimate.

I'll preface this by saying that I don't create a lot of AD bruiser champions (I specialize in support concepts, cause I'm a support main :P), so I can't say much about balancing numbers and stuff. But overall, I think this concept shows promise. I'll give my ideas in point-form below:

  • At first glance, it's very hard to tell Hannah's main theme from the info you've given. The kit isn't very active in portraying her identity, so I would recommend doubling down on this. The big question is: what are the 2 most important things you know (and that I should know) about Hannah as a champion in League? I should be able to get this idea by reading the kit and possibly an introductory paragraph of Hannah. Personally, I try to look at Champion Spotlights and see how characters are introduced.

  • What kind of playstyle do you want her to have? I ask this because right now, it's hard to tell from her kit. If you haven't read it yet, Riot has a really good post on Classes and Subclasses that talks about how they classify certain champions by playstyle.

  • The passive (Whirl) is quite interesting and thematic, though I'm not sure if it's necessary to put it on a charge system and remove mana (again, I'm not familiar with top-lane stuff). I like how the idea is re-iterated in her (R) Quiet Swan, but her other abilities may need work expanding on the theme. I think Hannah has a unique weapon, but it needs to be emphasized through her abilities, especially her (W) and (E). The (Q) Momentum probably needs something to differentiate itself apart from Nautilus (Q) Dredge Line too. It works fairly similar right now, aside from numbers, so this might require a bit of change.

  • The passives on (Q) Momentum and (E) Intimidation are really weird. (Q) passive doesn't do anything except boost damage, and (E) is non-interactive simply because Hannah just stands around near enemies to slow people. It's not very noticeable, and both of them can be removed without bringing problems to Hannah's gameplay.

Overall, an interesting idea that just needs some thematic tuning. Add in a bit of flavor text (introduction and possibly background?) and you're good to go.

#BUMP!

##Revamped W and a couple of nerfs introduced!

######People who have seen the kit before can see the changelog for the changes. If you're looking for lore introductions...sadly not there yet.

I really need an idea for her starting skin ;-; Skin Ideas greatly appreciated!!!
I'm sorta seeing how her (Q) ability is worded weirdly. A simple sketch is probably gonna elucidate how it works.
