Battle of the skins? (Rotating game mode idea)

So after seeing a prestige KDA + Pink taric vs kda + taric (Dont ask) I got wondering, which skin line is the strongest?

Blood moon has the most choices but most arent very good rn High noon has some meta champs but not many options

Whuch one is best?

GAMEMODE IDEA: Each team (of 5) gets a random skin line And then they fight it out in a sort if deathmatch (something like ascension)
