Urgot rework +new model and splash art

He needs a splash art update badly and pls make him look better i mean yorick looks a lot better than he used to now urgot needs some updates and a new skin maybe idk let me know what you guys think

also just one thing to note i dont play urgot but he still needs it lols

He will probably get a full VGU next year, knowing that Galio was picked over him as the next project for ChampUP's Team B most because Galio wasn't as dark as Urgot, and Ryze, Yorick and Warwick are already pretty dark characters and are all three updates in a row. So to freshen things up after Warwick, Galio was chosen over Urgot for now.
