Sion Skin idea

Y'know, a Carnival/Clown Sion would be a nice idea. Break away from the "I WILL MURDER YOU!" feel about him. Make him the source of laughs (or screams, he probably can't tell the difference). Dress him up as a clown, give him a balloon hammer/axe, have is Q be a "Test your strength" thing. He E's out balloons. Have no clue for his W and his ult could be him running/pushing a vending cart if you want to go with the carnival idea or have him get into a clown car for the clown idea.
