Urgot possible update

So how about instead of Urgots E locking on his Q, he fires either individual missiles or an aoe missile when he fires his Q that scales with his E instead. With this you wouldn't even need the Q to lock onto an enemy halfway across the lane. I also think this change would make wave clearing on Urgot not feel as binary.
