New Champion Idea (Summoner)

Greetings fellow Summoners

So I have a champion idea. The main concept of the champion is it being able to summon pets. Much like Annie, Yorick, Ivern etc. This champion does NOT have a damage ability though. Only 3 summon and 1 other ability.

Name: Daisy, the void summoner (?)

Passive: Adds 75% of Daisy's stats to pet and 50% of the damage Daisy receives is transfered to her pets. (so if daisy has 100 AD, 20 AP, 2 attack speed, 2000 Health, the pet gains 75 AD, 15 AP, 1.5 attack speed, 1750 Health) (If Daisy receives 2000 damage, she will only receive 500 and her pet 1500. OP? Probably. Not if you kill her pets first though)

Q: Summons a pet which main focus is to deal melee damage. (has more attack speed and phys damage than others)

W: Summons a pet which main focus is to deal ranged damage. (has more range than others and more damage than E but not more than Q)

E: Summons a pet which main focus is to be a tank. (has more health, armor, MR than others) (You can only have 1 pet up at a time. Q, W, E share the same cooldown. So if you Q and it has a 10 second CD, then Q, W, E will be on a 10 second CD instead of only Q. This is mainly to avoid her passive being too broken. After pet dies, CD on Q W E will be 5 seconds)

1st possible R: Transforms the champion into some sort of giant/demon/whatever and increases its AD and/or AP by 50-75-100%. Also increases attack speed by 50-75-100% (the main idea here is that the player itself turns into a damage dealer instead of just the pets dealing damage)

2nd possible R: increases the pets AD, AP, Health, Armor, MR by 30-40-50%. (basically just buffs the pet's stats)

So you can really just play this champion as a tank, adc, splitpusher etc

Numbers can obviously change. Just used these as an example for ez maths.

Viable? Maybe Fun? Definitely.

I'd change the name, League already has 2 Daisys. Unless you chose it on purpose xD I have a few questions regarding your champ though.

  1. Do you control the pets? If yes, how? If no, how intelligent are they? Do they focus champs, the closest target etc.?
  2. What exactly can the pets do aside from AA? What are the numbers?
  3. What's the max range between the pet and Daisy?
  4. I'd like for you to suggest a build path for Daisy and explain how that build works with her pets. Also what are her base stats? I'm saying/asking this because I get the feeling that you need to focus on one pet in order to make her balanced.
  5. What's Daisy's AA range?
  6. Okay so the problem I have with her passive from what I've understood (your numbers are wrong btw XD). Let's say you have 2000 HP and you summon one of your pets. You give 75% of your stats to said pet. Does that mean that you get an additional 1500 HP (1) in form of your pet or do actually give 1500 HP (2) away and keep 500 on Daisy herself? Problem Scenario 1: It's frustrating and something I wouldn't want to play against. It'd take ages to kill Daisy because as soon as the enemy wants to all in she could just use E and that's it. While the enemy laner is waiting for his cds to be up again she can regen her HP and we're back to square one. Problem number 2 is that the enemy will have nothing left by the time the pet is dead so Daisy is perfectly safe. You said that it only takes 5 seconds after a pet dies to summon a new one which basically makes you able to spam them. This would have to be compensated with really high mana costs which again makes her useless. One approach to this would be to not make her use mana but implement something similar to Grave's or Jhin's bullets on a much higher cd. This would prevent her from being OP and actually require some skill because QWE would no longer be spammable. Another approach to this problem would be to make her receive a certain, not too low amount of dmg as soon as the pet is killed. Problem Scenario 2: Fuck the pet, I'd just go for you. Again, let's say you have 2000 HP and give 1500 to the pet while you're left with 500 and my combo deals 1000 dmg. Even if you give 50% of the dmg received to the pet which in this case would be 500 I'd still nuke to 0 HP. Even if Daiys is not killed you'll just have to make sure she can't regen and kill her next time. The problem in this case is that her kit would be useless because you can ignore it.
  7. What happens to her pets after her death?
  8. Your cds don't match up. You say the cd is 10 seconds but 5 after a pet dies which will result in a perma 5 second cd after you've summoned your first pet.
  9. I know you want Daisy to be a diverse champion which is super cool and I reaaaally like that idea but which lane do you think is the most viable for her?
  10. What's her story? :)
