Someone tossed out an idea a few hours ago and I loved it, so I decided to try and flesh it out. Let me know what you think!

Viz'Tur: The Endless Void

Passive: After dying Viz'Tur becomes immune to damage for 3 seconds. In this time, if he uses one of his abilities it is reset to it's default empty skill slot allowing him to fill the slot again.

Q: Fill the Void

Passive: While Viz'Tur has no abilities assigned to this slot, he gains a shield that absorbs the first projectile ability used by an enemy champion. This shield refreshes after 15 seconds.

Active: While Fill the Void's passive is on cooldown, activating this ability gives Viz'Tur the ability that broke the shield.

W: Strengthen the Void

Passive: While Viz'Tur has no abilities assigned to this slot, he uses ranged attacks instead of basic attacks.

Active: If an enemy champion has a positive effect active from a spell or ability, Viz'tur can use this ability and choose the targeted champion to remove the effect. Viz'Tur gains the effect for 5/6/7/8 seconds or however long the effect had left, whichever is greater. In addition, Viz'Tur gains the ability that caused the effect.

E: Void Oppression

Passive: While Viz'Tur has no abilities assigned to this slot, he gains 10/11/12/13/15% Spell Vamp and Lifesteal.

Active: Viz'Tur fires a void bolt that passes through minions, structures, and walls. The first champion hit is silenced for .5/1/1.5/2.5/3 seconds. The next ability used within 15 seconds by that champion is interrupted and Viz'Tur gains the used ability.

R: The Void Beckons

Passive: While Viz'Tur has no abilties assigned to this slot, he gains 30/40/50% bonus scaling Attack Damage and Ability Power from items.

Active: Viz'Tur suppresses a targeted champion for 1/2/3 seconds and marks the champion for 1 minute. While marked, Viz'Tur will reverse and steal the next ability used by the marked champion.

Sorry but no, we can't be having a champion like Rubick that's also offensive, he gets away with it because he's a support.
