new champ concept

i thought of an idea for a new champ a lady (possibly black) dressed in a bee costume she would be a mage/support her q would send a small swarm of bees after her opponent her w could be either a heal where she eats royal jelly to heal a small amount or a move where she throws honey on the ground and enemys are rooted for 1.5 seconds her e could be like a move where she has a stinger and stings the enemy and applies a DoT and her r could be a giant swarm of homing bees that follows the target. her passive might summon a minion after every 4 basic attacks. what do u guys think cause I heard riot kinda wanted to do a swarm type character. but so many things come in swarms. bee's, wasps, hornets, flies, locust, grasshoppers, ants, just about any bug can swarm
