It seems the skins people are getting are only really high cost skins. The skins I've seen people get are, Super Galaxy Rumble Dragon Slayer Panth Battle Bunny Riven Pool Party Renek Celestine Soraka And (Mine) Forecast Janna. If they are all pretty high cost skins then thank you good guy riot.
