Dude if you really want advice from someone who has both then I suggest neither. Trust me, you are handing over $20 a piece per skin, and Ezreal's is very outdated. He has 1 line for each thing practically. You are better off getting a bunch of lower tier skins and enjoying multiple purchases than those 2 money wasters.

Surprise Party Fiddles is the best skin in the game.
