Revolver Ocelot inspired League Champion~ ReVolverMan

There's a few champions with duel wield guns but I want to see one with revolvers (Classic Skin). With the new Bullet system introduced in league of legends, I find it great for the revolvers. Anyone who plays Metal Gear Solid probably find Revolver Ocelot pretty much Bad Ass.

"6 Bullets. Enough to Kill anything that moves." -Revolver Ocelot. "You're Pretty Good~!" -Ocelot/Adam

Well here's what I came up with:

"Meet Silver Flash and Golden Death. He does the wet work and She's my Favorite." -ReVolverMan

Passive- Runs by 6 bullet system. Can't auto attack when six bullets are used up.

Q- ricochet Fire a bullet that damage any units in its path unless a champion is hit. Bullet will stop moving. Deals 75% of ReVolverMan's total damage. What's special and fun is that this skill shot can bounce off terrains.
The Idea is like billiard balls where the angle matters. The bullet will travel another 750 distance. The damage is 150% of total damage if bounced off terrain or turrets. Uses RevolverMan's Bullet system such that one Q counts as one auto attack.(750 range and about 3 second cooldown and fires from hip)

W- 6 more. Reload. The one skill that must be leveled up first. Q and E can't be leveled up at level one. Can reload anytime but must stand still for 3 seconds. The thing is ReVolverMan doesn't reload by himself but requires the Summoner/Player to manually decides when to reload the bullets system. Reload time gets reduced by .50 per level and gets a burst of movement speed of 25/30/35/40 percent that decays in 2 seconds. (No Cooldown and if casted before cc, the skill/spell/ability is not stopped so doesn't count as channeling. Will still reload and gain MS.).

E- Golden Bullet/Hip shot- single target and same range as auto attacks Which ever riot finds more fun or suitable Version 1= Bullet system adds gold bullets for each kill or assist. Uses Golden Death. Has Golden Death passive as stated in ulti. Loses a gold bullet for each death. Gains a gold bullet for each kill/assist. 6 gold bullets max. Gold bullets are used with "E" and is treated like the "A" aa button and counts as an auto attack. Starts with one bullet count and cannot go to 0 counts from death. If ulti is activated, the bullets are replaced with 6 gold bullets. Returns to its normal count based on kills/death/assist after reload.

Version 2= Roulette~!- Similar to Caitlyn ulti.
Gains vision of target instantly and stands still for 2 seconds to Loads Golden Death with a golden bullet in russian roulette style (CC does not stop this action but only death). 1/6 chance to actually fires a bullet. If fires, deals 200% true damage of total attack. Treated as auto attack. Does not count as bullet system and doesn't require bullets for cast. Will cause bullet system to run out of bullets so reload "W" is needed to continue attacking (10 sec cd).

Version 3= Takes out "Golden Death" and fires both Silver Flash and Golden Death. Treated as two auto attacks similar to renekton's "W". Deal's half true damage and half physical damage of total attack damage. Uses one silver bullet and gold bullets from bullets system. Can be used without ulti such that no actual golden bullets are used but one silver bullet will be consumed. If used with ulti then total damage dealed is 100 percent true damage of total attack damage. one silver bullet and one golden bullets are now consumed (15 sec cd.) (Cannot crit and fires both revolvers from hip).

R- Golden Death! Takes out Golden Death Providing ReVolver Man an additional set of 6 gold bullets. (refreshes all bullet system. will start with 12 bullets even when bullets are used.) Last until "W" is used or until all bullets are used and reload is needed. Can now rapid fire "Q" such that "Q" can be rapid fired 12 times with no cool down. Rapid Fires and auto attacks in order of silver then gold and silver then gold and so on. Gold bullets deals 75 percent true damage of bonus attack damage plus base damage only from auto attacks. For "Q", the gold bullets still does 75 percent of total attack damage but half of the damage is true damage.

Edit- Thinking about his ulti allows him to rapid fire his Q makes him so strong, It will be awesome to make this the first champion that cannot run cooldown items/runes/masteries. Makes sense because the draw back on revolvers is the reloading. It takes quite some time to reload. The only two skills that will get lower cooldown from Leveling up will be his ulti and W-reload. His Ulti should be a 2 min cooldown and his true damage should be toned down.

That basically is Jhin. Jhin has a handcannon which is basically a magnum. A magnun is a type of revolver. He has 4 shots probably for balancing reasons. And sure not all his abilities are gun related but meh, it basically is what you are looking for.
