[Champion Concept][WIP] Phoenestra, The Wandering Sage
Passive - Mirage Phoenestra phases in and out of reality, reducing damage taken. Each time damage is reduced in this way, Phoenestra gains a debuff called "Shifting Sands" which lasts for 10 seconds. Over these 10 seconds, all reduced damage is broken into equal parts and inflicted as a damage over time spell. If Phoenestra is struck while she is afflicted with Shifting Sands the duration is reset to 10 and the new damage is added to the total.
IE 100 damage done = 90 instant, 10 over the next 10 seconds, or 1 per second. If it has been 2 seconds, there will be 8 seconds and 8 damage left on Shifting Sands, if Phoenestra is hit for 150 damage, 15 will be added to the 8, and the duration reset to 10. Now she is taking 23 damage over 10 seconds - or 2.3 damage per second.
Q - Pillar of Earth Phoenestra slams her staff to the ground, causing a pillar of sand to arise beneath a targeted enemy dealing magic damage and interrupting channeling. If you are afflicted with Shifting Sands, it is consumed, instantly dealing all remaining damage to Phoenestra and also the target of the attack.
Ult Pillar of Earth - The pillar does more damage and now knocks up the initial target and nearby enemies who also take reduced damage.
W - Sandstorm Phoenestra swirls her staff once overhead, creating a whirlwind of sand that follows her for a brief duration. While in her Sandstorm, Phoenestra gains increased Movement Speed. Enemies unlucky enough to be caught in her sandstorm will be afflicted with a replica of her current Shifting Sands so long as they remain inside the spell as well as receive magic damage every second. As long as her whirlwind persists, she gains a small increase to her passive.
Ult Sandstorm - The storm increases in size and duration, granting Phoenestra an increased passive bonus as well as increased move speed. Allies inside of your sandstorm gain movement speed as well.
E - Parch Phoenestra focuses an intense beam of sunlight on a target location that lasts for a few seconds. Enemies standing on the Parched ground are slowed and don't regenerate health/mana, enemies caught in the center of the spell when it is cast are also stunned briefly and blinded.
Ult Parch - The area of effect and duration are greatly increased, enemies on Parched ground receive less healing. In addition, teammates standing on Parched ground gain Lifesteal/Spellvamp, they are also cleansed of all roots/immobilizes if they are in the center of the spell.
R - Desert Mysticism Passively Phoenestra's passive ability is increased, shifting more damage. When cast, Phoenestra becomes empowered, reducing all her cooldowns, doubling the effect of her passive, and gaining a single cast version of each ability that is empowered (while the buff lasts).
Ult Desert Mysticism If cast again during the duration of her ult, Phoenestra will cleanse all current Shifting Sands from herself. Cast at the start of a battle for a heal, or during a battle for good sustain.
