Weilon, the Dream Seer
This champion was inspired by the incredibly excellent work of Simon Dubuc and his "Dream Seer" champion concept art (seen here).
History Weilon is a Freljordian Dream Seer. In his youth he was an adept sorcerer, and sought out the Watchers to the dismay of his colleagues. He found them and begged to learn their secrets. Without a word they gave him what he asked for - the gift of the Watcher. Weilon was blinded and gained a Watcher's Eye with which he could peer into the thoughts, dreams and futures of others.
Passive - Dream Seer Auto-Attacking an Enemy with a _Dream Tether _ consumes it, gains bonus range and will pull its target towards Weilon, dealing magic damage based on their remaining health. Weilon passively knits a Dream Catcher above enemy champions who remain within range for too long.
- At half size, the Dream Catcher reveals the enemy champion as long as they remain within range.
- At full size, you will create a Dream Tether to them for as long as they remain within range.
Q - Web of Horror Active: Weilon's Eye briefly encircles him in a prismatic web. Enemies who move into the web are stunned and take magic damage. Web of Horror will also absorb the first non-Auto-Attack missile to hit it, causing both to disappear.
W - Divination Weilon begins to channel for a short time, increasing his sight and Dream Seer radius, as well as the rate his ** Dream Seer** ability will knit a Dream Catcher on Enemies in range.
E - Deja Vu Passive: When Deja Vu comes off of cooldown, reduce the remaining cooldown on all of your other abilities by .05 + .01 for each %CDR you have. Active: Weilon casts an altered version of the last spell he cast.
- Q - Web of Horror fires a projectile of increasing size, in a cone, rooting the first enemy hit, as well as any enemies very near to them.
- W - Divination marks a small area. After a moment, all enemies in that area gain a fully-knit Dream Catcher.
- E - Deja Vu reduces the cooldown of your other spells, scales with CDR
- R - Gift of the Watchers severs the Dream Tether of all enemies in range. These enemies take %health magic damage are pulled towards Weilon and are stunned.
R - Gift of the Watchers All enemy Champions gain a fully-knit Dream Catcher and the remaining cooldowns of your basic abilities are reduced by several seconds.
Design Goals Weilon's primary identity revolves around vision and combos. By keeping a Dream Catcher on an enemy you can exert pressure from a safe distance. Weilon has many combos due to the interactivity of his abilities and his ability to reduce his cooldowns. In lane, Weilon should have an easy time with most enemies by forcing them to play around him. Once an enemy has a half-knit dream catcher, Weilon's full combos can be devastating W->Q->AA->>E->R->E R->E->Q->W->AA->E->>AA
