[Champion Concept] Konra, The Puppet Master
Lore: Konra's parents both died when he was young, as a result he and his brother lived life on the streets, But the streets aren't always kind to a couple of children, they were abducted by a powerful sorcerer who channeled the souls of the dead into young Konra's body. Giving him control over the dead. When his brother died in a horrible experiment gone wrong Konra did the only thing he could do to save him. He cast his brother's soul into a puppet and to this day they roam the earth, looking for a way to return his brother's soul back into a body.
Theme:
Konra is a Mage champion whose main theme is controlling a puppet. He is dependent on this pet to use some of his abilities and to pull off combos. The more things he kills the more souls he collects, after collecting enough souls he can use them to upgrade his puppet.

Skills:
Passive – Puppeteer: Konra controls a puppet that mimics his movement, can be controlled with Alt+right click. After controlling the puppet, it will not move unless you control it, will return back to Konra if Konra has not moved in 4 seconds or if Konra has walked to far from the puppet.
Q -- Poison Soul (8/7/5/4 sec) (55/70/85/100 mana) (900 range) Konra Launches a soul in a straight line, dealing 50/100/150/200 (+50% AP) magic damage to the first enemy hit and slowing the target.
W -- Fatal Claw (10/8/7/6 sec) (30/45/65/80 mana) (400 range) Konra's puppet cleaves enemies in front of it, dealing 30/60/120/220 (+50% AP) stunning targets marked with dead man's hand.
E -- Dead man's hand (12/11/10/8 sec) (60/80/100/120 mana) (600 range) Konra's puppet shoots dark matter out of its hand, dealing 60/75/90/250 (+45% AP) marking targets for 3 seconds and dealing 50% bonus damage to slowed targets, hitting a slowed target increases the marks length to 5 seconds. (targeted spell)
R -- Death's Furry (120 sec) (10% maximum mana) (700 range) Konra launches dying souls in a straight line, dealing 100/175/250 (+75% AP) if he hits an enemy champion he may launch another blast from his puppet, dealing 100/175/250 (+35% of the targets missing health), if Konra kills an enemy champion he may activate this ability again to swap places with his puppet.

Konra and his puppet share the same health bar, dealing damage to his puppet returns 80% of the damage dealt back to Konra.

Killing a unit gives Konra 1 soul ( 3 if it's a champion or large monster) you can use these souls to buy items at the shop. 150 souls -- puppet strings: increases how far the puppet can travel from Konra (1250/1500 units) 250 souls -- surprise inside: when Konra dies, the puppet explodes dealing 300 (+20% AP) magic damage 350 souls -- Sturdy Build: The puppet returns only 50% of the damage back to Konra
