1 v 1 Adc Bot Lane

What are your opinions on 1 v 1 adc bot lane? Where would you think the support will go? Perhaps the support will be a jungler/ganker. If the support does duo jungle, the support will most likely have smite. But the problem with smite is it eliminates the chance for a support starting item. Plus, how would the support farm? I think the support will most likely duo farm in either top, mid or bot lane. But, this will only be brief. Also, who do you think would be overpowered in 1 v 1 adc Bot lane. I'm thinking Vayne, Twitch, Jhin, Mis Fortune, and Lucian because of their abilities. And someone like Sivir will be underpowered, most likely. If you have any thoughts on how this will play out, let me know ;)
