Cadence-the Eternal Reminder
Moth like spirit based on Qing Ming. Common belief in china goes that during this time, moths would visit the living carrying the spirits of ancestors or people who died in the spot where the moth would lay. Cadence is this and more, reminding those who had forgotten about the massacre centuries ago in what we now call the Howling Abyss.
Abilities:
Passive: Grim Reminder Cadence gains no cdr from items or masteries, instead the cdr being redistributed to mana and ability power. Cadence also has permanent ghost. Ability 1: Cadence fires a icy spear in target direction, stopping on the first enemy struck, damaging and slowing them. Cadence can store 3 shots, and each successive hit on the same target increases the slow duration and damage by 5% Ability 2: Every four spells cast by Cadence, he gains a stack. On his next spellcast, the spell does additional damage and heals Cadence based on missing health and magic penetration Ability 3: Only castable if a slowed enemy champion is within. Cadence's vision range. If Cadence slowed enemy: Enemy champion is now stunned and takes damage based on ap and magic pen. If ally slowed enemy champion: Slow duration is refreshed and target takes damage based on ap only. Ultimate Ability: Cadence places a large zone at target location, dealing initial damage and slowing enemies within the area. After a 2 second delay, the area erupts, dealing massive damage to enemies still within the area.
