The problem with this, and why we won't see another WW skin anytime soon, is...

2> pre-4.2 -> super great assassin or tanky beast who just won't die
2> 4.2 -> super OP and lots of whiney children
2> post 4.2 -> super nerfed and no longer useful
Now nobody wants to play him (myself included when I used to main ww jung). They reduced his W from 10 secs to 6 secs (even though Yi and Yas get to keep their long actives), and reduced his ult by 100/85/70 damage. That may not seem like a lot but think about it! Prior to 4.2, we DID have stacks. They were called feral stacks. The major change to 4.2's new jung item was different passives and additional stacks for champ kills too. So did he need his hunter's call reduced? No. Did he need his ult reduced? By a little, but reducing it by 100 hurts him big time early game. Late game that 70 reduction is about what you get in stacks! Sure his stacks also roll over to his aa, AND he gets more for kills... you shouldn't be sporting lots of kills if you're a good jungler (I'd rather be feeding lanes personally), AND the stacks have less affect since his hunter's call (increased attack speed) is reduced time wise by 40%. They may seem like minor changes by any true ww player can realize he got hit hard because Riot doesn't know how to balance champions properly... they just hope by over nerfing, people stop complaining (unless it's Zed or Lee Sin of course!).
