Wouldn't it be nice if the base splash arts received a recolor according to the corresponding chroma?

If we can old skins like this: http://ddragon.leagueoflegends.com/cdn/img/champion/splash/Kennen_1.jpg Have splash arts, chromas should get them too. Although, with how many chromas there are, could take a while to change all of them.
These are pretty good. If I were a Rioter viewing this, I would send you a small pittance offer of like $60 to use these specific recolored Blitzcrank splash arts on the condition that you tweak the yellow on blue Blitzcrank to be more golden. I am actually somewhat familiar with how consulting/free-lancing works in the USA, and I am aware of no legal reason that Riot couldn't make an offer like that. If I remember correctly, Riot wouldn't even need to worry about any tax paperwork unless they ended up paying you over $600 total for your services. Since you are clearly interested in making these chroma splashes, and you appear to be willing to work for little (you made these ones without even expecting to get paid), Riot would be missing an opportunity if they didn't make an offer to outsource these to you...

Honestly: no. Or at least, is not that important.
Right now that they started doing quality splashed i'd rather have keep them the quality.
It is not easy to do recolors for chromas - you did a nice amateur job here and i compliment, but this does not look much professional. And this was one easy pick, if you compare to others.
And this on 3x champion splashes. Imagine how many other splashes you could do in the meantime, even if each chroma would take half the time of the normal one ( obviously you don't have to reinvent composition and such).
And consider that chromas are meant to be a cheap addition.
In short, i would not dislike it but meh. Graphically wise there is much more stuff i would ask about.
LOL, I can see how it would take them half month per champ until finished and they'd need a whole new team of graphicist to do so.
if chromas had splashes then they would essentially be the cheapest skins you can buy. since there are a ton of existing SKINS that are merely recolors, what would differentiate between the cheap skins and the cheap(er) chromas? nothing. that means they would have to increase chroma prices just to justify the existence of the current skins that are merely recolors.
they already have markers in the load screen that make you feel cool for taking up an extra word on the screen
+1 because I loved chromas (Bought bard morgana and cass bundles) and now they are giving them away for IP and im a tad bit salty tbh
After I saw this I figured i'd test my hand it to see how easy it was. It took me about 10minutes to learn the process and after that about 20min to finish one recolor. A regular person can paint this crap, and yet they put a price tag on them.
No, it's just a waste of time and energy from Riot's team. Let them focus on bigger projects that add something to the game.
probably a lot easier to do this with certain chromas then others (xin zhao Waring kingdom skin would probably be a pain) but I like this idea

i thought the chromas DID give a splashart color change until i bought some chromas and was upset to see the splash art unchanged
