Blitzcrank Rework idea

I was reading a thread about Blitzcrank in the Gameplay & Balance forum, and it inspired this concept for a rework that I thought might be of interest: what if, instead of using his Rocket Grab to pull enemies to their deaths, it worked more like Lulu's Pix or Orianna's Ball?

Q - Rocket Grab Instead of pulling an enemy to Blitzcrank, Rocket Grab makes his right hand hold onto the hit target for a set duration. While Blitzcrank is holding onto an enemy, Blitzcrank may use autoattacks against the Grabbed target, regardless of range (performing rocket punches with his left hand). The Grabbed target cannot move more than 925 units away from Blitzcrank, and cannot use Blink effects. If Blitzcrank moves more than 925 units away from the Grabbed target or uses a Blink effect, the Grabbed effect ends.

Grabbed - If Blitzcrank has a target Grabbed you can press Q again to release them, reducing the ability's cooldown by half the time remaining on the grab.

W - Overdrive No change

E - Power Fist As normal.

Grabbed - If Blitzcrank expends his Power Fist autoattack against a grabbed target, the animation shows Blitzcrank's rocket fist picking them up and slamming them into the ground rather than the usual punch.

R - Static Field As normal.

Grabbed - If an enemy is currently under the effect of Blitzcrank's Rocket Grab, the active effect instead affects everyone within 400 units of Blitzcrank and his grabbed target, and within 100 units of the line between the two.
