[Champion Concept] Amie, Ionia's Masterpiece.

My take on a traditional artist instead of a murderous one. ( cough Jhin cough) The idea is that she uses magic-infused Paint and Canvas. While they are nothing spectacular on their own, when combined, her art takes on magical properties and forms.

Amie, Ionia’s Masterpiece.

Mage/Controller Health: 485 - 1810 Mana: 375 - 1430 Attack Damage: 48 - 101 Attack Speed: 0.677 – 1.2 Movement Speed: 330 Armor: 21.5 – 70.5 Magic Resist: 30

Passive: The Works of an Artist.

The Canvas: The Canvas is a locked item slot in Amie’s inventory. This item gives 10 + (5 AP per level) and 25 Mana per level. When Masterpiece Creation is used, the Canvas becomes activatable. Masterpiece Creation is unlocked at level 1. Each creation has its own individual cooldown where it can’t be used on the Canvas again and must be changed out before it can be used on the Canvas again.

The Primary Colors: Amie’s abilities paint herself, marking her with either RED, BLUE or YELLOW paint. All paint lasts for 6 seconds and is refreshed upon applying a new coat of paint.

Q: Crimson Cone. Damage: 10/20/30/40/50 + (15% AP) magic damage per second. Mana cost: 80 at all ranks Cooldown: 8 seconds at all ranks. Range: 400 Angle: 180 degrees in the direction Amie is facing. Amie throws RED paint out in a cone, damaging enemies over 3 seconds and marking herself with RED paint.

W: Feeling Blue. Mana Cost: 90 at all ranks Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10 seconds Slow: 20/30/40/50/60% Range: 700

Passive: Amie’s basic attacks contain BLUE paint. Enemies hit 3 times are slowed by 20% for 2 seconds.

Active: Amie dashes in a target direction, pushing aside all enemies in her path and marking herself with BLUE paint. The passive paint follows her, slowing all enemies she hits and any caught in the wake of her dash.

E: A Splash of Yellow. Mana Cost: 70 at all ranks Cooldown: 12 seconds at all ranks Shield amount: 70/90/110/130/150 + (50%AP) Slow: 20/25/30/35/40% Shield duration: 4 seconds. Amie coats herself in YELLOW paint that acts as a shield. She also marks herself with YELLOW paint. When it is destroyed, it slows all enemies around Amie.

R: Masterpiece Creation. Mana Cost: 100/100/0 Cooldown: 120/70/10 Amie creates a painting based the paint she has marked herself with. Depending on what the combination of paint is, the painting is saved on the Canvas. Here, The Canvas becomes activatable and Amie can cast the spell created from the paint using The Canvas. Only one spell may be on her Canvas at one time. All paint is consumed on use.

Dragon Breath (RED): Amie blasts a line of fire in front of her, damaging enemies and burning them for 3 seconds.

Ice Flowers (BLUE): Amie creates a field of ice flowers. These last for 4 second and stun any enemies inside when they explode.

Share and Care (YELLOW): Amie shields and heals herself and the two closest allies for half of A Splash of Yellow.

Crush (RED/BLUE): After 1.5 seconds, Amie detonates an area that damages enemies inside. (Purple Visual)

Paint for All! (RED/YELLOW): Amie creates a zone around a friendly target unit. Allies that enter this zone are shielded upon their first entry. Enemies are slowed while in the zone. Lasts for 5 seconds. (Orange Visual)

Sonic Disruption(BLUE/YELLOW): Amie sends a long-range shockwave that hastes all allies it hits and slows all enemies hit. (Green Visual, Red Visual for enemies for clarity purposes)

Chromatic Convergence (RED/BLUE/YELLOW): Amie marks an area on the map and after a 3 second delay, blasts this area with light, dealing high damage to every enemy caught in the blast. (White Light Visual)

Dragon Breath: Cooldown: 120 seconds Damage: 100/200/300 + (60% AP) magic damage. Burn Damage: 50/100/150 + (10%AP) per second in magic damage. Range: 1000 Width: 150

Ice Flowers: Cooldown: 90 seconds Stun duration: 1/1.5/2 seconds Range: 800 Radius: 550

Share and Care: Cooldown: 90 seconds Shield amount: 25/50/75/100/125 + (30% AP) Heal amount: 25/50/75/100/125 + (30% AP) Range: 600 units around Ai

Crush: Cooldown: 150 seconds Damage: 120/240/360 + (75%AP) magic damage. Range: 1000 Radius: 350

Paint for All: Cooldown: 120 seconds Shield: 60/120/180 + (20%AP) Slow: 30/40/50% Radius: 400 Cast Range: 750

Sonic Disruption: Cooldown: 150 seconds Haste: 30/50/70% movement speed increase. Slow: 20/40/60% slow. Range: 2500 Width: 800

Chromatic Convergence: Cooldown: 200 seconds Damage: 200/400/600 + (70%AP) magic damage. Range: Global Radius: 200

Note: The current combination of Paint on Amie is shown by a 3-part ring at her feet. The different parts of the ring light up depending on what Paint is on Amie at that time.

The combination of paint on the Canvas is shown her tertiary resource bar. This bar is split into 3 parts and is lit depending on what spell is on the Canvas e.g. Dragon Breath = Red part lit. Crush = Red+Blue parts lit.

The bar will be grey if the current spell is unavailable to cast or on cooldown.

NB: Also may have taken some inspiration from Invoker from DotA.

Another artist from Ionia, I wonder how she would get along with Sona and Jhin. Good concept, I like the creative implementation of the item to use the combination of spells. We could use more champions with unique items to use in my opinion.

The only thing I have to criticize... I feel this champion would be nearly impossible to balance. Look at champions like Nidalee or Elise. They were kinda problematic, since they have 2 spells available at level 1, 4 spells at level 2 and 6 spells at level 3. That is when they reach the maximum of their kit, since the 4th skill is just switching between forms.

Now look at your concept. The champion would have: 2 spells at level 1. 5 spells at level 2 and a total number of 10 spells at level 3 to chose from (3 always available, 7 skills to chose from whatever you are in need of right now). You said each creation would have it's own cd. The skills itself have pretty long cd's at the start, in late game her potential is immense though (with masterpiece having 10s cd).

Just to make it clear: I am not against your concept. But it will be a pretty tough task to balance this champ out finding a spot where this champion is not op because of versatility and doesn't feel useless because of limitations.
