Politicians... Factory workers... Aristocrats... Street kids... Rich... Poor...

Never, more than now, had Zaun gone straight to the gutter. The powerful become corrupt. The corrupt seek more power over those who don't have it. and those who don't have it want to stop being controlled, so they seek power. What a useless cycle.

What we need is a Revolutionist.

No Revolutionist was defined by poor or rich. Aristocrat or Street Kid. Politician or Factory Worker. They were defined by the motivation to move forward, the will to improve, and the determination the create a place fit for everyone.

That's all I am. A Revolutionist.

I ain't a Politician. I'm not an Aristocrat. I sure ain't rich. But that doesn't matter. Because the kid on the street can make more out of life than a man in his high tower. A person working the fields can make a change to his farm. A man working the pipelines can change the fates of his whole city.

There ain't no difference. I'm just here to change what is.

No more corrupt running the city. No more will the powerful become corrupt. No more will the weak seek power to become powerful.

There is change coming to Zaun, and I'm gonna search everywhere to get it.

From Ionia to Noxus. From Demacia to the Shadow Isles. From the Freljord to Shurima. I won't stop till I find a way to unchain Zaun from the hands of the corrupt.

No, I'm not a Revolutionist; I'm a Catalyst. One that's here to speed the winds of revolution to Zaun.

And if there shall be a war; then the Institute of War is where I'll start.

Appearance: Kedja has similar clothing style to Vayne, but with a flair of Zaun, and a reversing cape, white on one side, and black on the other. His hair is white, and his skin is pale, his clothing resembles leather armor.

Kit Summary: Kedja is a mid-range fighter, who excels in drawn out team-fights, utilizing items such as Manamune and Blade of The Ruined King to pump out sustained damage and alter his abilities by flipping his cape. Before the mid-game, Kedja can make use of his cape to farm through the jungle (Or Top Lane) and make deadly ganks on un-prepared enemies through use of his Q - Decisive Chain. His cape makes the difference on whether he will deal missing or current health damage with his auto-attacks and with a hefty static cooldown, paying attention to his cape and keeping vision around the map will rain on his parade. He also has no way to re-position himself without moving to an enemy unit, careful positioning is needed alongside his team in order to make the most of his kit.

Kedja's cape defines his current abilities, being dark or light. (The black and white sides of his cape.)

[Passive - Adrenaline]:

Kedja's basic attack range is always visible to himself. Any Successful skill hit increases his base attack range by 10% for 5 seconds. (For 560 Range at 5 stacks) This stacks up to 5 times, being stunned resets this counter.

[Q - Decisive Chain/Chain Dance]: Dark Cooldown 10/9/8/7/5 Seconds. [Mana Cost 30/40/40/50/50] Range: 650 Light Cooldown 8/7/6/5/4 Seconds [Mana Cost 30/40/40/50/50] Range: Half Current attack range

Active(Dark): Kedja flings a chain in target direction at 650 range, pulling him to the first enemy unit hit and dealing 30/50/70/90/110 + (80% Bonus AD) If this unit is a champion who did not have vision of Kedja, the unit is stunned (1.5 seconds). However, if they did have vision, both Kedja, and the hit unit are stunned momentarily (0.5 seconds) Active(Light): Kedja swings his chains around him in a small circle,(half of current attack range) dealing 15/30/45/60/75 + (50% AD) physical damage and slowing enemies hit by 10%, if this skill hits any targets, Kedja can cast this skill once again before going on cooldown. (Window of 1.5 seconds)

[W - Cape of Light/Darkness]: Cooldown 15 Seconds (This skill will alternate his cape's color) [No Cost] {This skill has a single cooldown}

**Passive(Dark): **Kedja's basic attacks deal (1/1.5/2/2.5/3)% of his target's current health in bonus physical damage. Passive(Light): Kedja's basic attacks deal (1/1.5/2/2.5/3)% of his target's missing health in bonus magic damage. Active(Dark): Kedja swings his cape in front of him reducing the vision range of enemies in a cone.(.5/1/1.5/2/2.5 seconds) Active(Light): Kedja swings his cape in front of him granting vision in a small cone, slowing enemies by 10/20/30/40/50% for 1.5 seconds.

_ To explain, when Kedja's cape is white, swinging it will cause the "Light" active of W, and switch his cape to the black side and vice versa._

[E - Dark Lash/Chain Strike]: Dark Cooldown 12/10.5/9/7.5/6 Seconds [Mana Cost 50/50/60/60/70] Auto attack Modifier Light Cooldown 15/13/11/9/7 Seconds [Mana Cost 40/40/50/50/60] Range: Current Attack Range

Active(Dark): Kedja lashes at a nearby enemy with his next basic attack, dealing 20/35/50/65/80 extra physical damage and gaining 10/20/30/40/50 extra range, this skill applies on-hit effects, but cannot crit._ (Auto-attack reset)_ **Active(Light): **Launch a chain in a chosen direction within current attack range, dealing 10/25/40/55/70 + (60% Bonus AD) If it connects with an enemy champion, the cooldown is reduced by 40%.

[R - Reckoning]: Cooldown 160/130/100 Seconds [Mana Cost 100/100/100] Range: 1000 {The Chain Burst has a range of 150 around the chosen location} Duration of 7 seconds (Movement speed, and ult duration)

Using this skill refreshes the cooldown on Kedja's W. Kedja digs both of his chains into the ground, rooting himself. During this time, Kedja can re-activate his ult at two locations within 1000 range. After selecting a location, a chain will burst from the ground at the location after a 1 second delay, knocking up enemy champions within 150 range, for 1/1.5/2 seconds and dealing 100/150/200 + (70% AD) physical damage; Kedja gains 10% bonus movement speed for each champion hit. Being stunned will end this effect immediately.

Using this skill refreshes the cooldown on Kedja's W. Kedja flings both of his chains at a target location and launches himself to the location, slowing nearby enemies by 15/30/45% for 1/1.5/2 seconds at 500 range, and dealing 100/125/150 + (30% Bonus AD) physical damage. His attack speed is reduced by 40%, but ramps up to 40% bonus attack speed over 3 seconds, this bonus lasts for 6/8/10 seconds, being stunned during this time will not reset Adrenaline.

Joke: I guess you could say my chains get pretty high. (Near the river) I just got these! Ugh!

Here's what I came up with - he ended up looking less heroic/revolutionary than I'd hoped, but oh well :) I hope you like it!

I like his Passive a lot, I think it's a great idea! May want to think about decaying stacks over time though, otherwise it might seem permanent until he is stunned.

His Q is a fine ability, but just a couple of things. He shouldn't stun himself. Like, sorry I dont mean that in a bad way at all, but other champs who self-cc themselves are only slightly with a slow (Varus' Q, Blitzcrank W). A stun is a very definite cc, and if you are in a desperate situation a self stun is the last thing you want. I like the repeating swings too.

His W brings a unique feel to his whole kit, and I like that. I like how it is also an active changeover, and not a toggle changeover. Very nicely done there.

With his E it's the same thing as it was with your Q. You are punishing the player for making a wrong mvoe. Instead, think about rewarding a player for doing a move right. So: Instead of If he misses, the cooldown is doubled, perhaps think of changing it to something like If he connects this with an Enemy Champion, the cooldown is halved. Just a suggestion.

His R is fine for all intents and purposes. It's a good move that works well. But keep in mind that you already have a gap closer, having two might make it a little strong kit-wise when it comes to stringing moves together.

Overall: You have a very unique kit here and it feels very nice. I have two overall suggestions to make, it's up to you whether you wish to follow up on it or not:

  • Keep "like abilities" together: Your Q is a Line SKillshot and an AoE. Your E an Autoattack and a Line Skillshot. Try keep your abilities together that are alike, as to not confuse players midgame. Like you've done with your W, you have two Cone abilities. Just think about match ups.
  • Your AD ratios: Some are a little weak. Just remember, bonus attack damage can mean the difference between 50-80 base AD at level one, and 100-140 base AD at level 18. That's a lot of damage to figure out of an equation by saying Bonus Attack Damage. Although not as important, may want to think this over.

Otherwise, as I said before, you have a very likeable and unique kit. I would enjoy seeing this in the future, and remember: Nothing is perfect first time. Keep working at it 'till it's perfect and you'll be an awesome Concept Artist. +1 :)

I feel like this is a really unique concept you've got going on, I like the whole light/dark concept and the way it alters his kit. Personally I think the second ulti concept is stronger, just because the first seems quite similar to Varus' ultimate. Also, it's great how his kit seems focused around risk/reward as it fits his theme. Nice work :)

I'm keen to draw some stuff for this, would that be okay with you?

Not fond of the name, since it's just Swedish for chain. I do like the kit though, it has great payoffs but great risks if you mess up (for example the self stun or doubled cooldown). I'm a tad tired with all the dual kits of light/darkness we get on the boards, but in this case I believe it accentuates his high-skill playstyle.

Usually I'm skeptical about formchanging champions, but you've made this one pretty interesting! A few notes:

  • The self stun on Q doesn't really... matter. Remove it, the interaction is unique enough on it's own.
  • Include ranges on all skills. Knowing how far that Q chain goes is essential to balancing it.
  • Do the Dark and Light skills share separate cooldowns? If so, do both of W's actives have separate cooldowns?
  • Again, missing the Light E shouldn't punish you so harshly. You already get a reward if you hit it.
  • The ultimate pretty much negates any skill you use to access his passive, making it a slightly boring steroid. Not exactly game changing, but I see the purpose. However, if you want to change anything, this should definitely be the first to go.

P.S. This is just a personal thing, but... can you straighten out the scalings?

[E - Dark Lash/Chain Strike]: Cooldown 12/10/9/7/6 Seconds [Mana Cost 50/50/60/60/70]

I really like this champ concept. The kit is unique and well thought out. I like that your rewarded for playing well, and slightly punished for making minor mistakes. Only thing I don't get is the stun on his q if he is in vision radius. It just seems like it would stagnate combat, as there is nothing either opponent can do for that .5 seconds. The only time it would really have a negative effect is in a big team fight, or a gank.

Also, here is a possible ulti:

(R) Chains of Revolution: CD: 180, 160, 120 Mana Cost: 150, 120, 100 Kedja roots himself and begins channeling. After channeling for (4, 3, 2.5) seconds, Kedja throws out chains that attach to every enemy champion inside his channel radius, dealing (150, 200, 300) physical damage, + 60% of bonus AD and pulling them in a clockwise or counter clockwise direction, (75, 100, 125 units) determined before channeling. While being pulled by Kedja's ult, enemies are considered to be knocked up (not reduced by tenacity). It takes 1 sec to pull enemies, at all ranks (Don't know how big the AOE should be) Hard CC can disrupt the channel, but Kedja is CC and damage immune during the 1 sec pull.

The objective with this is to allow Kedja to Q in, then either channel by himself or have a friendly Amumu, Malphite, Jarvin, Morgana, etc, keep enemies in place while his ult goes off disrupting enemies, and shifting the place of their back and front lines. This would also be good for preventing Baron or Dragon steals, as you could easily keep enemies out of the pit, since they wouldn't want to stand in your ult.
