Developing concept. Hopefully all the 3 hours I spent planning and testing AP scales doesn't go to waste and this actually gets at least 10 votes. made this champion to fit Riot's appetite for fluctuating power such as Ryze and Gnar. This guy is ridiculously fucking overpowered, just did this for fun. Maybe Riot likes the idea and will tune him out to actually be balanced. IDK. Hopefully. Base Champ stats for Daios: Base Health: 491 (+43) Base H. Regen: 5.1 (+.6) Base Mana: 423 (+27) Base M. Regen: 5.4 (+.5) AA Range: 550 Base AD: 49 (+4) Base AS: 0.550 (+ 1.5%) Base Armor: 23.4 (+2.3) Base M. Resistance: 27.6 (+3.7) Movement Speed: 310

Daios' lore would fit being somewhat similar to Xerath; a mage who got way too powerful and was imprisoned for many many years. Except he is Xerath's nemesis; they are like Kha'Zix and Rengar, both trying to prove that they're the best in their field.

Passive: Arcane Drain Daios gains a stack of Arcane Drain when he is hit by a spell, hits an enemy champion with a spell. Each stack decays after 5 seconds. Each stack grants him 2.5% CDR, +2.2 Mana Regen, +5 Ability Power, and +10 Movement Speed. Maximum of 10 stacks.

Q: Power Spike [line skillshot] Daios sends out an arcane shard of energy, dealing 70/100/130/160/190 + 0.8 AP, slowing by 60% for 1.5 seconds. This works practically the same as Xerath's Q, except it has a better CD late game but a worse one early game. Keeps the same consistent range every cast, unlike Xerath. (Xerath: 9/8/7/6/5 ; Daios: 12/10/7/5/3 seconds) Range:650/800/950/1100/1250 Missile Speed: 2250 Mana Cost: 65/80/95/110/125

W: Order of the Magus [toggle] Daios deals an additional 10/25/40/55/70 + 0.2 AP on all of his basic attacks. 33% damage to turrets. Range: AA Range Missile Speed: AA Speed Mana Cost: 10/12/14/15/17 mana per attack Cooldown: 2.5 at all ranks

E: Energy Release Daios releases the power he has gained from Arcane Drain, dealing 10/20/30/40/50 + 0.1 AP for every stack he has gained. This is an ability where it pulses out from him as the center. Range: 1050 Missile Speed: 2750 Mana Cost: +11.5 per stack at all levels, 10 base Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11

R: Enchanted Terror Daios upgrades one of his abilities for 10 seconds, amplifying its abilities. This is a mix between Karma and Kha'Zix's ult.

Upgraded Q: Daios sends out an arcane shard of energy, dealing 100/140/180/220/260+ 0.75 AP, slowing by 70% for 2 seconds.

Upgraded W: Daios deals an additional 25/50/75/100/125 + 0.1 AP on his basic attacks for the next 10 seconds. 33% damage to turrets.

Upgraded E: Daios releases the power he has gained from Arcane Drain, dealing 75 + 0.15 AP for every stack he has gained.

Mana Cost: 100/160/220 Cooldown: 150/130/110

He could look something like Karthus mixed with Xerath. Doesn't float though. I'm not a very good artist soo...sorry.
