Sure, this is another Veigar post. I know you've heard a shit a lot already, but I'm just putting my two cents down. If you're not going to remove his E nerf, at least make it faster with each rank up (e.g. 1 second at 1st rank, .80 at rank 2, .60 rank 3, .40 rank 4, .20 rank 5) If you're not going to do even that, at least make his w faster.
Its all been suggested. All that's left is for riot to do what they will. Sadly it looks like he is "fixed enough" because his win rate is fine. Even if he is one of the most boring champs to play as now.
Yea, riot has to do the finishing touches, but they think he's finished because the current meta is champions that can peel for him, so unfortunately, until the meta changes to champs that shit on him again, he won't be fixed.
