New Smites for Lane
I had been thinking about how restricted smite is to the jungle and how with trackers knife being gone that maybe we can introduce smite to the different lanes. I have a lot of Ideas that I'm gonna post here so hopefully some of them might be liked. Now before I begin any smite used on an enemy champion will still have the the reduced true damage on cast like
. Also there will be a new mechanic of smiting allies as well. This comes with a special per- champion CD that is separate from the Charge CD and the second use lock out CD. Now that that's out of the way, lets get to the concepts.
All Items here can have 1 of the 4 enchantments applied to them.
1.Persistence of The Mist

Persistent Smite (Green): Smite an enemy to make them do 15% less damage and increase the duration of your CC on them by .25s

Restoring Smite (White): Smite an ally to heal them for 100-400 (based on lvl) and restore 15% of there missing mana. This has a per champion CD of 30-15s and can be self cast. Self cast has a unique CD of 60-45s. -
Brutality of Noxus

Brutal Smite (Black): Smite an enemy to increase your movespeed towards them by 20% and aa on that champion restore 5-10% of your missing health for 5s. -
Hunger of The Void

Ravenous Smite(purple): Self Smite only, Smite yourself to make you restore 1% of your max health each second for each nearby enemy and aa deal 1% max health as additional magic damage. -
Wisdom of Targon

Baffling Smite (Pink): Smite an enemy to increase your magic damage dealt to them by 10% for 5s. Successful spells landed on this target restore 20% of the spent mana and killing the smited target before the effect runs out restores all mana spent during the duration. -
Bilgewaters Favor

Thieving Smite (Teal): Smite an enemy to steal 10% of there AD and AP for 5s. Killing a target marked by this grants an additional 20% gold and a rapidly deteriorating 90% move speed buff for 2s.
8.Reign of Shurima

Unique passive: 10 adaptive on hit damage
Rulling smite(Orange): Smite an enemy. Gain 30-50% attack speed against smited target as well as do an additional 5% current health as reverse adaptive damage on aa.

Innovated Smite (Grey): Smite an enemy. Your crits against the smited target ignore 10% of there armor and heal you for 5% of the damage dealt. -
Creativity of Zaun

Creative Smite (Magenta): smite an enemy. Your spells that hit a smited target deal an additional 15% magic damage and create a small aoe on FIRST HIT PER SPELL that deals 40-100 (+5% ability power) magic damage. -
Grasp of Freliord

Unforgiving smite (light blue): Self smite only. Smite yourself to envelope yourself in a snowstorm for 8s. While wraped in a snowstorm you leave a chilling trail behind and enemies fleeing from you have there move speed reduced by 20-60% based on how long they have stayed in the circle. enemies who stand on the chilling trail are have all move speed bonus' disabled.
These are the main ones I could think up and some are stronger than others. Im free to any ideas on both the names and the effects. As for images of what the item would look like, I was thinking of some kind of coin/snowglobe/bauble that represents the region. [sg-poppy]
