Kindred as a shifter

I heard at one point riot was displeased with kindreds current state as wolf felt too much like a side kick and less like you were playing two champs. I think the best way to remedy this would be to make her a shifter with three abilities have her ult be swapping between the two. I've been working on a concept for ahwhile and I was thinking it might be fun to have wolf as an off tank who builds damage to get actual tank stats like a reverse of pyke. His abilities would focus on chasing someone down and eating them alive while kindred would be stalking and sneaking until her arrow met it's mark. I think changing the passive so each of the two had their own marks would let you make some crazy abilities without worrying about what happens when they cross. IE Lamb makes a kill she gains a mark Wolf makes a kill he gains a mark. I was thinking wolfs marks would increase his HP and Regen making his early jungling more easy while kindreds marks would give her AD boosts. I've been sitting on this concept for a few months now and I was thinking of possible abilities. I imagined lamb as being a patient Archer who can occasionally find tracks that point in the direction a target went stalk them down and Mark someone then making a move to secure the kill. Wolf on the other hand would be a melee bruisers who was all about chasing people down. His abilities focusing more on melee range attacks and a single ability which gave him more movement speed at the cost of reducing vision range. Lamb would choose her marks wolf would hunger for whoever was at the lowest health at the time. I dunno. Just wanted to think of something fun.
