Lore: To many in Runeterra, there had been all manner of shades to watch out for: sellers, buyers, thiefs and bandits, but none can deny one thing: "Always go look for the Shield, but beware of the Seller behind it."
An inspiring inventor born in Piltover, Barria sought ways of wanting to share his creations to everyone. Despite his efforts, his ways - may it be from ways of peace, to acts of war - all failed to share great creations built by his own hands. Until one fateful day, one man sought an gift from Barria, not sure of what to do, he sold his Silver Gunlance to the man as he went his merry way. Finding out that selling the item worked, Barria found a new lease on his life's works - selling them to the highest bidder.
From simple cities in Demacia and Zaun, to the exotic lands of the Freljord and Shurima, Barria had made a name for himself as an traveling merchant known for great and powerful tools, one being his hand-made shield able to turn into an spinning blade of which he always keeps for himself. Many nations seek Barria; some want him dead, others approve his presence, but one simple thing is clear: Barria's wares, as powerful as they are, are never cheap.

Both skills prevent Barria from using his skills.
Questions:
Q: Why is this not a Support? A: I chose Barria to be an Fighter/Tank class for two reasons. The first is that It's actually wise to have to protect your clients as well as yourself, and the second is Barria's passive only lasting as long as he does have items to sell. Q: 10% bonus gold? A: The prices of the Barria items are around 2000 to 3000, so Barria would only get from 200 to 300 bonus gold Q: Would his ults prevent anyone buying from him? A: No. I would not recommend doing this when Barria uses Needle Storm though, as both of you will be sitting ducks for anyone who survives.
