Idea: Champs Ult description's in match loading screen

ISSUE: i'm casual LoL player (few games per week) and big issue for me is huge pool of champions. I'm not able to memorize abilities (even ults) for 30-40 of the most picked, which doesnt add to enjoyment of the game. I guess this is not an issue for harcore players or the ones with better memory, but i believe there many people like me.

SOLUTION: loading screen already lists all champions and we have to stare at it for prolonged periods of time. Is would be nice if it contained either: a) short versions of ult descriptions; b) some implementation of mouseover tooltip descriptions in case a cluttering of the loading screen is an issue.

I realise this can be a problem for some, but the key spells of different champions aren't always their ultimates. You'd have to see the entire kit, which I think would be overwhelming as well.

My personal tip for new players is to download an app to be able to look up all the champions you're playing against and read their kits while waiting for the game to start. I know this isn't optimal, but it's the best alternative I can think of.
