Not purposely made as a league concept, but i found this persons art and thought it would match up perfectly with the champion.
I currently have no name for this concept.

Barbwired Mind1 votesit made me think more about plague doctors. If i wanted it to look like his reaper skin his face would very obviously be shown because he is death. By definition. And id want to add wings, but karthus in lore obviously can't have any other working limbs like that.
