Similar to 
but when you activate it it kills your champion instantly giving you a death timer and denying the enemy team the kill. For example if you are legendary and want to deny the enemy team the shutdown when they are about to kill you you activate it.

I would love this - it's the ultimate troll item. At current, the only way to deny gold and infuriate enemies for not getting a penta is to dive a tower.
that's too overpowered, because then everybody would have one and not let the enemy get the gold. Makes the game pointless except taking objectives. If riot makes this an actually item. No one would be fighting except pushing and trying to get objectives.
