[Item Concept] Tribal Rictus

So, I finally managed to motivate myself to post something for the Item Creation Contest. Behold, an alternative option to Ruby Sightstone/Eye of the Watcher for snowballing AP supports (while still encouraging them to actually pick up a bloody sightstone :| ), or a potential big ticket item for more support-orientated midlaners.

Tribal Rictus

Recipe: Haunting Guise (1500g) + Sightstone (800g) + 900g (3200g total)

+60 AP +350 Health

Unique - Eyes of Pain: +15 Magic Penetration. For each Eyeball you’ve collected (2 on champion takedown, 1 on ward kill, maximum of 20), gain 0.5 Magic Penetration. For every 10 Eyeballs collected, increase the number of charges you can hold by 1. After 20 Eyeballs are collected, every two additional Eyeballs collected will restore 1 charge. Unique - Warding: Consumes a charge to place an Ward at the target location (600 range), which reveals the surrounding area for 150 seconds. Holds up to 3 charges which refill upon visiting the shop

I personally don't know how I feel about having Eyes of Pain. This is basically Liandry's Torment + Sighstone, in one item.. Also, what's the Tribal Rictus look like?

I don't like anything having to do with giving AP supports more power because they're basically mages already... This item is too snowbally. +25 magic pen at max, up to 5 ward charges? Not to mention it's too expensive for a support item.

Gotta tone it down a bit.
