so i cant participate in the tourney thing because i'm not honor level 2 because of the great ban system, even though ive been honored a ton and played a ton since i was unbanned and didnt flame but still progress 1/3 to honor level 1

Don't worry, you got banned, so now you know you're an E-criminal, get it? Not only does Riot want to let the players control how bad the game is, but now they are punishing people like they are judges punishing criminals and you can pay a penalty by being restricted from the content you bought with real money. Now how do you like that man? I bet the guys issuing these bans love the power they have. Hopefully someone sues them for commerce crimes.
