Well, why not Evening Dance Irelia being a shoutout to Legend of Dragoon's Rose?

The resemblance is already nearly there.

Long, dark hair? Check. Tiara? Check. Kickass heroic character? Check. Uses bladed weaponry? Check. And despite all that, lonely? Aaaand check.

The only difference that'd need to even be made is to turn Rose's hand-held sword into Irelia's floating ornaments.
