Random thought about Azir

Recently i have thought of an idea for the champion Azir . Everyone knows his ultimate ability (his R) creates a wall of soldiers with shields. A while back when i played him for the first time, i was very low and and running away from a Jhin . He then used curtain call, (AKA His R) i don't know why but my reaction was to put down my wall of soldiers behind me. I did this because my mind thought the wall would block the shots. To wrap it up i kinda think that Azir's wall should act like Yasuo's W (wind wall) where it can block projectiles. Laser's like Lux, Velkoz and Ezreal's ult's can pass through the wall.
