Jalian, the Smoke Angel

Here is what I would like to see for an assassin.

"Brother has some backbone hmm? Must say I am impressed." - Morgana

Lore: "Pay...."

"I don't know what you're talking about! "

The showy figure brandished a blackened nine teeth sword and disappeared.

"You will pay for your sins, mortal."

The old man looked around and saw nothing. Starting to sigh a sigh of relief he looked to the left and saw the figure begin to throw a blade upon him. It was too late. The figure hooked him with the sword and brought him closer, then suddenly disappeared and reappeared behind him brandishing the sword straight though his chest.

"ENOUGH!" Jalian cried, "I wish to hear no longer of what I have committed.

Kayle looked on the angel with what could almost be considered a sense of pity.

"You have committed great crimes and have managed to bind an unholy sword to your body...Why did you listen to her, brother."

"I didn't know! She is my sister too! I thought...somewhere...she might still be family. Please is there anything you can do I want to go home!"

"You know I can do nothing to bring you back....but I do know of one way you can atone." Kayle said with a look of clear pity this time.

"Anything sister, you know I will do anything."

"You have proven capable with blade. I shall have to do something though that will cause you great pain. You have brandished a single unholy hook sword....Take a Holy one in your other hand. It will be bound to you and you will be cursed with neither the hells or the heavens 'til you have atoned. Your soul will split into smoke until your deeds have been accomplished. Therefore, you are to become an investigator for Demacia. You will be relived once Noxus is overthrown...

"But...sis, I-"

With a single tear she hands him the holy sword. Jalian cries out in extreme agony as his wings are ripped off and he is immediately plummeted straight to the ground.

Getting up, he grabs his shoulder blades in pain.

"If this is what it takes, so be it. I will fight to have my family back."

Stats:

HP: 430 (+ 90 per level) Mana: 245 (+ 50 per level) Health Regen: 7.55 (+.7 per level) Mana Regen: 6.7 (+0.55 per level Damage: 50 (+3 per level) Attack Speed: .672 (at lvl 1) Armor: 22 (+3.1 per level) Magic Resist: 30 (+1.25 per level) Move Speed: 345

Melee, Assassin (Im going for a good amount of burst damage/utility with his kit but letting basic attacks do the talking.)

Innate: Cross-Blade Conquest- Jalians basic attacks ignore 2/4/6% of targets armor. (this stacks with other armor pen items)

Q: Choke: Jalian disappears into smoke and travels in a smoke cloud to a target, (if ally it does no damage....think the range of shunpo or talons cutthroat) silences them for .5/1/1.5/2/2.5s and makes his next basic attack deal 30/60/90/120/150 (140% Attack Damage). Mana Cost: 50/55/60/65/70 CD: 12/11/10/9/8s

W: Wisp- Jalian becomes a smoke cloud for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3s dodging all attacks and becoming untargetable for the duration. Mana Cost: 60/75/80/85/90 CD: 16/14/12/10/8s

E: Cacophony- Jalian disappears into smoke for a split second while his blades clash amongst themselves once (note It will be obvious where he is so a skillshot can still hit him and he can still be basic attacked...it does not render him any different it is only an aesthetic thing). The clash of holy and unholy rip apart a small area in a small aoe around Jalian slowing by 50% for 2 seconds and dealing 60/90/120/150/180 (+80% bonus Attack Damage). Mana Cost: 40/45/50/55/60 CD: 8/7/6/5/4s

R: Execution: Jalian Throws his Unholy Blade at a target (it is not a skillshot it is a "click on champion, they are doomed" kind of thing) and it sticks in them slowing them by dealing 150/200/250 (+ 75% attack damage)...after 2 seconds Jalian Is transported (like wisp) in front of them to run them through with his Holy Sword dealing another 150/200/250 (+75% attack damage) and instantly moving (like wisp yet again) back to his original position). Mana Cost: 200/175/150 CD: 120/100/80s

V/O Lines

Champion Select: "I will not fail you, summoner."

Movement: "Fine...", "Like smoke..."

Taunt: "Kill...me? You'd have to find me first." "Its a shame, my soul is torn....kill you now....or make you pay?"

SPECIAL TAUNT: if Morgana is on the Enemy Team "Thanks for the sword sis, I think I'll run you through with it."

Joke: "Ack! Smoke in the eyes, smoke in the eyes!!! IT BURNS!"

Dance: (Insert whatever....i personally don't dance haha)

GENERALIZATION:

HI! This is my second Champion concept I have ever made as I am also the creator of Manera, The Lightbender. I am still working out some kinks with my creation process but i really hope this turns out well. I love assassins in League and I personally was hoping for more to the story-arc of Kayle and Morgana. I myself am no writer so I understand the lore could use some work to seem less choppy but the point I was trying to make was the concept of this guy. I made Jalian to add in a straight up assassin concept that used mana and would add in the the effect of straight up execution. His kit is designed so he is a different type of escape artist. Not one who has a ton of moves that get him out of trouble, but one where every skill has a little bit of an annoyance to a certain type of play. I did however make his one gigantic weakness to where he is all AD. I figured since I wanted him to be a little like Morgana and Kayle each I made his stats correspond a little with theirs. I also took some stat ideas from Zed and Talon to figure out the assassin type stats. This guy is straight up not meant to counter anyone fully, but to be prepared for any situation. He has no vendetta except for Morgana and even then his kit isn't too OP against her. He has a blind, a silence, and an untargetable self-cast spell. and his ultimate is a straight up "Goodbye, you're dead" finisher like assassins are meant to have. I am still fairly new to creation process but I would absolutely love to see this being created from Riot. Please give it a bump if you like it and let me know if you have any new ideas or changes that could be made to it.
