Rabid dog Kennen Skin idea

It could work as a Harrowing skin. Instead of a ninja mask, have kennen foaming at the mouth. Instead of having him as a FULL BLOWN ZOMBIE... again. Have almost zombie or something. Instead of lightning use rabies. Giving anyone rabies would stun them for the same as lightning.
